If so, they should *not* be one of the other power sets, i.e. not a AR/Dev blaster.

We'll also need a costume standard. Maybe the same as the knights, but with exposed areas. Probably the face and gauntlets, or something else related to their power. Should be clearly non-human. For example, someone with Super-speed may have bare feet.

What are the qualifications?
