In October of 2002, sporadic reports began to circulate of an individual in simple black and white combat armor carrying a high-tech, multi-purpose assault rifle and an array of paramilitary gear. They said they were a "Tech Knight." Subsequent reports of a squads of these "TechKnights" patrolling the streets began to surface.
New heroes (or villains) are not an unusual sight in Paragon City and the reports of the TechKnights activities soon made it clear they were more heroes than villains. No one has come forward to speak for the group and none of the TechKnights have (as yet) given any public interviews. More as it happens.
